It was modern clean, the staff particularly those on the front desk were very helpful even with a language difficulty. The room was very comfortable and with all modern conveniences.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, good location, about 15 minutes -ish walk to Jing'an Temple. Hotel staff at check-in counter, Amber was great, cheerful and polite! For those wondering, the toilet/ bath has doors and faces away from the rest of the room.

Very modern hotel, even the toilet seat was heated and had LED inside, so you did not even need to put the light on in the night, if you needed the toilet. The staff was very friendly... the bed comfortable and the cleaning good.

Location is about 750m from the metro. Its opposite the Shanghai Expo, near Kerry Center mall. Breakfast was nice and simple. Can do laundry and there's a gym too. Staff very nice, helpful and warm. Overall, very impressed. Would definitely be back again if I'm in Shanghai.

This place exceeded my expectation, eventhough it's not right on Nanjing xilu, it's only 10 minute walk, or 5 minute cycling to get to Jing an temple. The hotel is really clean and comfortable, the lobby is modern, the staff speaks English well and very helpful.

The double room is great when travel with colleague. The room is spacious and there is a divider on the head board to provide additional privacy.

The receptionist name COCO Is super helpful. It makes us feel welcomed and appreciated. Will defiantly come back again.

The location was good not too far from the Nan jing street where all the shops are. Still a short taxi ride. The room was spacious. The free laundry area was the biggest bonus

The hotel is quite new and modern. Location is fair and within walking distance from the Metro. The staffs were helpful, friendly and understanding. Would select this hotel on next visit.
